Sports Leaders Required

MTT offer a full range of mock tests to support all children. As well as the academic test, we offer Music and Sports tests.

Currently MTT are looking to increase the number of spaces in the Sports Awareness session, so are recruiting Sports Leaders.

Ideally we would like 6th Form students who particpate in sports, either in school or or for a club outside school. However for those who are not sporty but would like to support scoring, invigilating and meet and greet services, we also have vacancies

Role: Sports leaders

Dates: Sat 19th July & Fri 15th August.

Time: 09.15 /12.15

Venue: Queens school, South Gym

Rates: MTT offer competitive rates. Please call to discuss

Activities: Please see the outline of the role below

Setting up equipment prior to the event
Signing in students (checking contact detials with parents)
Leading / supporting the warm up games
Leading / supporting warm up stretching.
In pairs, manange small group of students (6 -8)
Lead / support, read instructions, explain each activity, what muscles are being used , the aim of each activity
Demonstrate and allow students to try each activity
Offer guidence, tips on how to improve,.
Record timings, scores, comments on training booklet (feedback)
Lead / support cool down.
Meet with parents to offer feedabck. Answer questions
Clear away equipemnt at the end of the session

As well as the above dates, MTT host events throughout the year and keen to have 6th students support each of these events. If you are interested please complete the form below or call us to discuss.

Invigilators - monitor students taking the acaddemic test.

Music - support our music teacher, issue papers, operate laptop.

Car park: - meet and greet students and parent on arrival, guide / support.
