Tutoring Enrolment Form

Parents wishing to enrol in a class are requested to compete the following form in full and submit it to MTT.

If you are unsure which class you wish to enrol in, please contact MTT to discuss.

Confirmation
Once submitted, MTT will send a confirmation email to parents to confirm their child has been added to the register. Requests are managed on a first come basis first served, therefore if a class is full, MTT will endeavour to offer an alternative.

Enrolment

Once a place has been confirmed, MTT will raise and issue an invoice for a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. This will be deducted from the full cost of the agreed contract period. (Last monthly payment due in the summer term)

Payment Options

Our payment terms are shown below, costs are based on per student.

Standard - Pay per term in advance. Payment via bank transfer, or card.
- one invoice at the start of each term. Covers classes and books
Bronze service pack Payment via Direct Debit
- fixed monthly payment covering classes and books.
Silver service pack. Payment via Direct Debit
- fixed monthly payment covering classes, books, and 3 mock tests, plus other benefits
Gold service pack. Payment via Direct \|Debit
- fixed monthly payment, covering classes, books, 4 mock tests, summer revision, plus other benefits.

Contact details

The person enrolling the student shall be the primary contact entered on to the MTT database. All correspondence shall be sent to this contact, including notifications and invoice details.

Please note: Classes may be streamed to meet the needs of students. MTT will aim to meet parents wishes for day and time, however this cannot be guaranteed. Classes are subject to availability.
