Summer School 2025

11+ Summer School - July 21st - Aug 15th 

Held at Queens' School. Mon-Fri 10am -12.00

Year 4 and Year 5 classes.

To help parents support their child over the summer break we will be offering Summer School. These sessions will be aimed at maintaining and improving children’s awareness and ability over the summer break in preparation to sit secondary transfer exams. (11+)

The sessions cover both Verbal Reasoning & Maths, delivered by a qualified teacher, supported by an experienced TA, the sessions are informal with the aim of being flexible to meet the needs of the students attending. 

Verbal Reasoning

Students will be covering key areas of GL Assessment verbal reasoning, providing examples of different question types. 

Maths

Students will be covering a wide range of topics that often appear in tests, these include areas such as; number, shape, measures, statistics, word problems, etc.

Students will have the opportunity to try example worksheets in both subjects. 

Venue

Summer school will take place at MTT Queens School (North Side), Bushey. 

Time

Daily - Monday to Friday  - 10.00 - 12.00     

Daily Bookings - Flexible - £32.50 per day

We offer flexible daily bookings, allowing parents to pick and choose which days they wish to book. Parents can book as many or few as they wish. 

(10% discount if 6 or more sessions are booked and paid for at the same time, in advance)

Booking

As parents ourselves, we realise the summer break is a busy time, therefore we offer a flexible approach allowing students to book at short notice using our daily booking option. 

Spaces

Class numbers are  limited to 15 students per class.
