Subscription Service Terms & Conditions

MTT offer a subscription based service for the provision of Tutoring and After School Clubs.

The aim of these subscription services is to  offer a service that supports parents,  offering  a structured approach with a fixed monthly fee.

These terms and conditions should read in conjunction with the standard MTT Terms and Conditions.

Registration                 Parents are required to register their child providing full contact details, including email, mobile and full postal address. Parents are required to inform MTT of any changes to their details during the period of the agreement. Contact details will only be used for the purposes of the services provided. (See MTT GDPR policy)

Contract period          By enrolling in a class, parents are committing to the full term of the programme, up to the end of July (or August if Gold)

Per Term In Advance  MTT  classes are offered to parents/ students based on a minimum commitment of a school term. These classes consist of tutoring classes and books.

Bronze subscription  MTT Bronze subscription is offered to parents / students based on a commitment to the end of the agreement. This shall include, tutoring classes, books. (Students are offered a discounted Assessment if they remain for the full term. The full cost will be invoiced if students leave early.)

Silver subscription     MTT Silver subscription is offered to parents / students based on a commitment to the end of the agreement. This shall include, tutoring classes, books, pre-booked events (Test awareness, 3 x MTT and  3 x paper reviews, flexible transfers (Terms apply)  and other subscription benefits, for the duration of the agreement.

Gold subscription      MTT Gold subscription is offered to parents / students based on a commitment to the end of the agreement (ends August ). This shall include, tutoring classes, books, pre-booked events ( Revision & Prep, 4 MTT , unlimited transfers and paper reviews, plus other subscription benefits, for the duration of the agreement.

Pre-booked events     MTT shall pre-book events  on behalf of the subscribed users. These events shall be inline with the MTT programme of study, based on the professional judgement and experience of MTT tutors, where it is felt students will gain the most benefit.

Booking Transfers      MTT offer a flexible booking system, allowing bookings to be transferred. Where a subscriber wishes to transfer a booking,  requests shall be in writing and comply with the standard Terms and Conditions, giving appropriate notice. This is based on reasonable usage terms, otherwise an admin fee will be charged.

Classes                          MTT classes are provided inline with the Standard School Terms dates (Autumn, Spring, Summer). Classes are not provided during school holidays.

Payment                       Payment shall be made monthly in advance, via Direct Debit, Credit/ debit card or BACs transfer. MTT do not offer credit terms. Please see standard Terms and Conditions.

Non transferable        Subscriptions and any associated events or services are non transferable and may only be used or attended by subscribers.

Refunds                        Discounted, free items or services offered under the subscription service shall  have no monetary value therefore no refund will be issued.

Termination                 By enrolling in the subscription service, parents are committing to the full contract period.

                                       Where parents wish to terminate early, there is a 4 week notice period  required. If there is less than 4 weeks in a given term, there shall be an early termination fee. This will be equal to 4 weeks classes.

                                       All costs, discount shall be recalculated and any difference, invoiced. Subscription services shall be covered by MTT’s standard Terms and Conditions.
