Mock Transfer Tests is offering a structured approach, The calendar below provides an overview of the steps we are offering in 2016-17..

Courses

Courses are offered in stages, these will be delivered in small groups. Courses are run once a week after school and last for approximately 1 hour. 

Students are able to come straight from class. We will provide refreshments and opportunity for them to play interactive word and maths games before class starts. Tutoring starts at 3.30pm and finishes at 4.30pm. 

We offer a flexible service so children can join a course at any time, and may book one or more of the courses. 

Course 1      Foundations               8 weeks - w/c 10th Oct   -  9th Dec

Course 2      Build                        11 weeks - w/c   9th Jan   - 31st March     

Course 3      Develop                     6 weeks - w/c 17th April  - 26th May    

Course 4      Refine & Improve       6 weeks  - w/c 5th June  -  14th July

Course dates and times may vary due to other school commitments, trips, events etc.

Staff

Classes will be conducted by a qualified teacher. Where there 8 or more children, there will also be a tutor assistant in class. 

Course Material

Course material will be included within the cost of the course. This will include 3 books, folders, notebooks and 1 Mock Test.

Costs

After School Classes

Payment in advance for course    £15.00 per session   (Std cost £25.00)

Parents may pay by cheque at the start of each course, or via a standing order (Direct Debit) through their banks. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash at the weekly classes.

The discounted rate is applicable to parents who commit to the duration of a course. If students wish to join for just one or two classes, the cost will be £20 per class.

Mock Transfer Tests                           

Registered students                  £37.00 per test          (Std cost £42.00)          

The discount is only offered to Kingsway school parents through the after school service. These prices are not applicable if parents wish to book Mock Transfer Tests directly outside of this offering.
